About WEDA

WEDA was first founded in Hongkong, China and moved our headquarter to Los Angeles in 2018. As of 2025, WEDA has more than 2000 members and aims to foster academic exchanges among endoscopy professionals across the Pacific.

WEDA is a non-profit and non government medical and technological association registered in America. It is supported by the world health management organizations, professional academic organizations, medical science and technology research institution.

WEDA jointly explore and establish a unified endoscopy physician training and examination system. Our goal is to standardize the various professional disciplines for endoscopic physicians and establish a comprehensive and systematic study of the theory and practice of training.
